1. Who we are

• Via the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), chosen package and your message.
• Via a booking (Cal.com): name, email address and any extra information you add.
• Technical data: if analytics is active, anonymised data about your visit (see our cookie policy).

3. Why we use your data

We use your data to:

• respond to your request or message;
• prepare a quote and deliver our services;
• schedule and confirm an appointment;
• improve our website (aggregated, anonymous statistics).

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (when you complete a form or book an appointment), the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in improving our services.

5. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We rely on carefully selected processors that only access what is necessary:

• Formspree — processing of the contact form;
• Cal.com — appointment management;
• Google Analytics — website statistics (only if activated after your consent);
• our hosting provider — for hosting the website.

6. Retention period

Commercial and accounting documents are kept for 7 years in line with the legal tax retention obligation. General contact details are kept for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, and to withdraw your consent. Email us at info@webtalent.be. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (SSL).
